Business Customers Only

Our services are intended for business customers including retailers, resellers, boutique owners, and other commercial entities. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the quote request and ordering process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact and billing information.

Quote Process

• All orders begin with a quote request through our website or direct contact
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw quotes based on inventory availability
• Final pricing may vary based on actual inventory and current market conditions

Order Confirmation

Orders are not confirmed until we receive your acceptance of our quote and any required payment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to merchandise passes to you upon shipment from our facility. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.

Delivery Issues

No Returns Policy

Quality Disputes

If you believe there is a significant quality issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and may offer credit toward future orders at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Orders cancelled after processing has begun may be subject to a restocking fee.
