One Trendy Closet completely controls the pricing and any markdowns. We use our expertise and market research to price your items strategically for the best balance of value and sell-through rate.
Payouts are issued monthly on the 10th for the previous month's finalized sales. A sale is considered final once the item is delivered, accepted by the buyer, and funds have been released by the marketplace.
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Zelle may be available as a second payment method if approved.
Our standard consignment period is 125 days from the date your items are listed.
At the end of your 125-day term, you have options! You can choose to continue consigning with us, request the return of your unsold items (must be requested within 14 days of term end, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping), or authorize us to donate them on your behalf. Note: Items may be donated automatically after 30 days of no response following the end of your term.
